First, all of our employees must pass a Certified Nurses Aid exam. We then check references, state criminal background history and registries, and finally, our caregivers must pass a private investigation background review that eliminates anyone with a criminal background or DWI history. Ongoing Training

Our employees are required to receive 10 hrs of continuing education each year.
